Kikiya Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kikiya platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on Kikiya, you agree to everything set out below. Please read this page carefully — it covers your account, payments, bonuses, and your rights as a player.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Kikiya is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or place any bet. Kikiya reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement is not met.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one Kikiya account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method — will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Kikiya does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses and promotions on Kikiya are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

Fair Play is Mandatory

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited. Kikiya monitors all accounts for irregular activity and will act on any breach of fair play rules without prior notice.

Gaming Involves Risk

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Kikiya ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Kikiya website, downloading the Kikiya app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Kikiya platform. Continued use of Kikiya after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Important: These Terms apply to all players using Kikiya, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform — including the website, the Android app, and the iOS app.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Account Registration

To use the full features of Kikiya — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the requirements set out in these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • Each person may hold only one Kikiya account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to use your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Kikiya support immediately.

Kikiya reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Age Verification

Kikiya is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on Kikiya. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Kikiya takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated during a period where age verification is outstanding may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

Zero Tolerance: If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited. Kikiya will report underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. If you believe a minor has registered on Kikiya using your details, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits and Payments

Kikiya accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two primary mobile financial services used by players in Bangladesh. Deposits are credited to your Kikiya account instantly upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
  • Kikiya does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside Kikiya's control.
  • Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are available for gaming immediately upon credit.
  • Kikiya does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
Instant Credit: bKash and Nagad deposits reflect in your Kikiya balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by your mobile banking app. If a deposit does not appear within 5 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Kikiya reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined to have been made fraudulently, from a stolen account, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account where possible.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the player's most recent deposit.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks.
  • Kikiya does not charge a withdrawal fee. Mobile banking provider charges may apply on your end.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

Kikiya reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting a copy of your national ID card or other documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending the outcome of any such verification. Players are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing.

Bonuses and Promotions

Kikiya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on Kikiya, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the offer details.
  • Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and certain other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific offer terms for contribution rates.
  • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
  • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in permanent account closure.
Transparency First: Kikiya writes its bonus terms in plain language so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before you claim. If you have any questions about a specific offer, contact support before claiming.

Kikiya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Kikiya is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kikiya platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual play.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Kikiya to process funds derived from illegal activity.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification, including false identity documents.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Kikiya platform or its underlying technology.

Kikiya monitors all accounts and gaming activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, Kikiya reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

Game Rules and Outcomes

All games available on Kikiya — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game on Kikiya, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game.

Game outcomes on Kikiya are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game information section.

  • Kikiya is not responsible for any technical failures that occur on the player's device or internet connection during a game session.
  • In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules and the outcome will stand.
  • If a game malfunctions in a way that produces an incorrect outcome, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
  • Kikiya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the platform.
Certified Fair: All game outcomes on Kikiya are produced by independently audited RNG systems. No game outcome can be influenced by Kikiya, the game provider, or any player.

Account Suspension and Closure

Kikiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
  • Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the available balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Kikiya support. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened upon request, subject to verification, unless the closure was a self-exclusion request — in which case the self-exclusion period must be observed in full.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kikiya's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

  • Kikiya is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
  • Kikiya is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or errors in game software that are outside Kikiya's reasonable control.
  • Kikiya is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach.
  • Kikiya's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
